Is EasyTender only for large procurement projects?
No. EasyTender also works well for smaller and medium-sized tenders – whenever multiple vendors need to be compared and decisions documented.
Do I have to use AI?
No. AI is an optional feature in higher plans. EasyTender works perfectly without AI as a structured tendering and comparison platform.
What are credits and how long are they valid?
Credits are consumed per submitted offer (1 offer = 1 credit). Monthly plan credits reset at month-end (unused ones expire). Purchased credits never expire – they remain valid indefinitely. Monthly credits are always used first.
Can I submit offers for free as a supplier?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 credit per month, which lets you submit 1 offer. Simply upgrade for more offers.
Which industries and areas is EasyTender suited for?
